Six chairs, two wash basins and a booking system that refuses to double-book. Every service has a measured duration (not an optimistic one) so the 12:30 slot really ends at 13:10.
If we run late, we say so before you sit down and we offer you the next slot instead. Your hour is worth as much as our chair.
